學生資訊服務系統說明 Information for SIS

一、本系統提供本校在學學生查詢個人校園生活相關資訊。
(You can query personal related informations by SIS.)
二、第一次使用本系統前，請先申請通行密碼，密碼最長可設10位英數字。
(You must create a new password(PW) when you first time sign in SIS. Note: Maximum of 10 characters in password length)
三、學生電子郵件服務系統網址http://std.must.edu.tw，預設帳號／密碼為學號／身分證字號 （學號英文字母為小寫、預設密碼部分92~94年入學英文字母為大寫，95年之後入學英文字母為小寫），其他相關說明請參考計中網頁，其他相關問題請洽 fang@must.edu.tw 或 分機 2542、2537。
(We provide a student's email address for each one. You can sign in form http://std.must.edu.tw. The default account and password is your ID and passport number. If you have any questions, please email to fang@must.edu.tw or dial ext.2531.)
四、使用本系統所取得之資訊，如有疑問，請向相關校務行政單位洽詢。
(If you are in doubt about the data of SIS, welcome call us.)
五、五分鐘內未操作,系統將自動斷線
(It will be disconnected from SIS, If the user has not accessed the system continuously for more than 5 minutes.)
六、系統操作完畢後,請切記關閉瀏覽器,以確保個人資料安全!

3.家庭類（如家庭概況、家庭困境、家庭其他成員之細節、同住親屬等）
4.社會類（如職業、失業原因、意外或其他事故情形、社會資源概況等）
5.財務類（如所得與收入、財產、負債與支出、財務交易、金融機構帳戶之號碼等）
6.其他足以證明或辨識個人身份文件之資料。（如低收入戶、身障手冊、各類成績、特殊事蹟、獲獎紀錄及其他學習紀錄等）
2.地區：本國及與本校有業務往來之國內外機構營業處所所在地。
3.對象：本校教學行政相關業務人員、依法有調查權機關、主管行政機關。
4.方式：以書面紙本或電子檔方式呈現，依誠實及信用方法利用。
